As you all know,on 25th may when health minister JP Nadda met President Pranav Mukherjee,An ordinance was passed to exempt states from NEET. This NEET Ordinance was made by some politicians because they want to hold there state exams.These politician have excuses syllabus that CBSE AIPMT provides is different from there state syllabus and also of regional languages.

When ordinance passed by President Pranav Mukherjee-aristocracy over-ruled democracy. Some politician want to pass ordinance whole majority was standing against the ordinance.
The passed ordinance describe two things.
1.If student is from state board they can’t appear in CBSE NEET.
2.They made option to state that if they want to take there state medical exam then they can or can mix with CBSE NEET.
Many states even opted not to have state medical exam and mixed with CBSE NEET.Some of theses state were Bihar, Delhi, Uttar Pradesh, Haryana and Rajasthan.It’s because they don’t have any issues regarding syllabus and regional language as they have there exam in English and Hindi medium.
Student have done strike against these ordinance from Kanpur, Patna, New Delhi, West Bengal etc to squash the ordinance. Many students were commenting that these whole drama is from southern state they don’t want to share there medical seats and are afraid of open competition that’s why giving excuses of regional languages and syllabus. Many were suggesting if Late Abdul Kalam was there as president they must see the face of student before signing the ordinance. And many were implementing that these politicians are corrupt escaping from refunding money which they have from selling medical seats they made glitches in system by signing ordinance.
Many petitions filed against ordinance with exact report and proof that out of 100%-5 to 10% syllabus is out of CBSE NEET only.Going through Supreme Court 9th may decision exam will be now taken in 12 vernacular languages. So, these two proof nailed the ordinance and now hearing is to be held on 1st July.
