The Directorate of Medical Education (DME), Chhattisgarh conducts the process based on NEET UG results. Chhattisgarh MBBS Counselling Registration
- Register on CGDME portal during the active window i.e. cgdme.admissions.nic.in
- Fill application + upload documents (domicile, category/EWS/PwD, 10/12 marksheets, photo/signature, etc.).
- Pay fees: registration (non-refundable) + refundable security deposit.
- Choice filling & locking.
- Result & downloading allotment letter.
- Report for document scrutiny/admission at the allotted reporting institute within the specified dates. Carry originals + photocopies.

- Photo ID, passport photos
- Class 10 & 12 marksheets/certificates
- Domicile, Caste/Category, EWS, PwD, FF/Sainik certificates (as applicable)
