Match the seat pool before comparing colleges
BFUHS manages Punjab’s state admission route. Check whether your choice is a government seat, a government-quota seat at a private college, a management seat or an NRI seat. Minority institutions can also have their own category requirements.
The pool affects both your right to enter and what you pay. Use the current Punjab notification for residence, category and any exemption. Do not use a lower government-quota fee unless you meet that row’s conditions.
Read revisions before filling choices
BFUHS may change a schedule or issue a clarification during a round. Read the latest notice with the original schedule. If a revision changes one stage, do not assume that every other date also changed.
Save the notice that applies when you submit your choices. Keep the submitted list too, so you can show which choices you made within the allowed window.

Keep the round record with the college plan
For Punjab, save the BFUHS correction that applied to your choices and the fee notice for your actual pool. The Punjab fee tables include the Adesh exception. A college’s payment demand should identify the period it covers; keep it with the receipt.
