Keep your exam records together
- Submitted application and confirmation page
- Fee receipt and payment reference
- Admit card and any corrected record
- Result notice and your own scorecard
Keep the email address and phone number you used for the form active. If a detail differs between your records, ask the official helpdesk what to do. Send your application number through its private support route.
How the completed application worked
The form had five main steps. Create a login. Fill in your personal and school details. Choose the exam location and paper language. Upload the required files. Pay online and save the confirmation page.
NTA’s notice listed which fields you could change. Some changes required an extra fee. Those steps describe the closed 2026 form. For the next year, read the new dates and file rules.

Which paper format applied?
The bulletin set 180 compulsory questions, 720 marks and three hours. The original exam used a paper answer sheet. For the 21 June re-exam, NTA gave all candidates 15 extra minutes, making the total 195 minutes. See our exam pattern guide and 2025–2026 comparison for the distinction.
