The Odisha NEET counselling in 2024 will be held for admission to 85% of state quota seats in MBBS/BDS courses offered by medical/dental colleges in the state. Usually, there are 3 rounds of counselling, but if some seats are remaining, OJEE might conduct a Mop-up counselling round.

The Odisha NEET counselling dates for 2024 will be announced by the Odisha Joint Entrance Examination (OJEE) soon online on official notice. The authorities will likely release the Odisha NEET 2024 counselling schedule in mid-July.
After each round of registration and document verification, a merit list for admission to MBBS/BDS courses in the academic session 2023-24 under 85% of state quota seats and NRI quota seats will be published by OJEE.
Eligibility Criteria
- The candidates must be 17 years of age as of 31.12.2024 and there will
be no upper age limit. - The candidates must be permanent natives of Odisha, OR Children of All India Civil Service officers serving in the state of Odisha cadre.
- Candidate must have passed +2 Sc. must have secured a minimum of 50% marks taken together in Physics, Chemistry & Biology at +2 Sc. level for General Candidate (GE), 40% for SC/ST and 45% for Locomotary disability of lower limbs candidates.
The minimum qualifying marks for different categories of candidates are as follows:
1. General (GE) – (50th percentile)
2. Physically Challenged (PC-GE) – (45th percentile)
3. Scheduled Tribe (ST)/Scheduled Caste (SC) – (40th percentile).
4. Physically challenged candidate of SC/ST category – (40th percentile).

- All the candidates who have qualified the NEET exam can register online at www.ojee.nic.in under MBBS/BDS Admission.
- After filling up the registration form take a printout of it.
- After registration, you will get the date of document verification and venue. There, you will have to visit with the necessary documents personally.
- Make a nonrefundable demand draft(counselling fee).
