Andhra Pradesh has separate instructions for Competent Authority Quota and Management Quota seats. First choose the route you qualify for, then use its registration notice, seat list and fee rule.
Competent Authority Quota and Management Quota
Dr. NTR University of Health Sciences publishes notices for both routes. One form does not enter you in both routes. Read the heading of each notice before using its dates.
For Competent Authority seats, check the local and other eligibility rules in the prospectus. For Management Quota seats, check the category. Check any NRI rule too. NRI means Non-Resident Indian; it is a claim that needs the required proof.
Check the fee type at new government colleges
A government-college name does not mean every seat carries the same fee. New government colleges can offer notified self-financing and NRI seats. The university has separate rules for them. Match the quota in your choice to that fee notice.
Put the campus, seat type, tuition and sum due at joining on the same line. If two rows at the same college have different fees, keep them as two separate choices in your research.

Research the Andhra Pradesh campus before choices
Use the Andhra Pradesh college list for the dated intake and campus checks. For a new government college, ask whether the offered seat is a regular or self-financing one. Write that answer next to the campus. Then ask how many tuition payments the fee sheet covers and what is due before joining.
When comparing a city campus with a more distant option, ask where students live and reach the teaching hospital. Add those costs with the comparison sheet. Prepare the quota records before the window, and use the reporting checklist when a college is allotted.
Keep the round record with the college plan
For Dr. NTR University choices, keep the Competent Authority or Management Quota notice with your form. If a new government college shows a self-financing seat, attach that seat’s fee notice as well. Compare the joining payment and full bill before ranking it.
