Uttar Pradesh MBBS Counselling 2026: Dates, Registration & Allotment

Uttar Pradesh state MBBS counselling and MCC counselling need separate applications. First identify who handles the seat you want. A college being in Uttar Pradesh does not put every seat there under the state portal.

State seats and central seats use different routes

Use the UP NEET portal for state choices. For a government state seat, check that pool’s entry rules and fee. For a private seat, check its own rules.

MCC handles notified AIIMS, central and All India seats. Check the authority in the seat matrix before using a state registration receipt as proof that you can choose one of those seats.

Check the security payment and nodal-centre instruction

Read the UP round notice for any security payment, verification and nodal-centre step. A nodal centre is the named place for an admission check. It may be different from the college you hope to join.

Keep proof of each required stage. If a document needs correction, use the process and deadline in the state instruction rather than assuming an email extends your time.

Research the Uttar Pradesh campus before choices

Keep the UP security-payment receipt, nodal-centre record and college joining proof together. These can be separate tasks at separate places. Compare the full fee periods before using a private choice as a backup; the exit form may add terms beyond tuition.
