NEET is the only exam for candidates who wish to gain admission to MBBS, BDS, BAMS, BSMS, BUMS, and BHMS Courses in India. Before the NEET Exam 2024, candidates must check the question paper pattern. The National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test (NEET) is held every year for admission to 645 medical, 318 dental, 914 AYUSH, and 47 BVSc and AH colleges.
The responsibility of NTA is limited to inviting online applications, conducting the entrance test, declaring the result, and providing rank to the Directorate General of Health Services, Ministry of Health and Family Welfare.
NEET Exam Pattern 2024
NEET UG will consist of four subjects. There will be two sections of each subject. Section A will have 35 questions and Section B will have 15 questions. But in Section B, you will be given the option to answer any 10 questions.
Negative Marking: There will be a negative (-1) mark for each wrong answer. Each correct option will give you 4 marks.
Section A: You must choose one correct option that will give you 4 marks. However, the incorrect option marked will be given minus one mark (-1).
Section B: Candidates need to attempt any 10 questions out of 15. There will also be a negative marking for Section B.

Mode of Examination: NEET is a pen-and-paper test. Candidates need to mark their answer on an OMR sheet.
Duration of Test: The test will be 3 hours and 20 minutes long.
NEET UG 2024 will be in 13 languages: English, Hindi, Assamese, Bengali, Gujarati, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, Odia, Punjabi, Tamil, Telugu, and Urdu. You must select the language while filling out your NEET UG application form. You cannot change it on the exam day. The English version shall be treated as final.
Candidates opting for Regional Languages would be provided a Test Booklet in English and + a selected Regional Language.
