Arunachal Pradesh MBBS Counselling Eligibility
Core eligibility criteria:
- Qualified NEET 2025 and have a valid scorecard.
- Passed Class XII with PCB from a school located in Arunachal Pradesh.
- Minimum academic requirement: 40% aggregate in Class XII.
- Minimum age: 17 years as on 31 December 2025.
- Residency/parental criteria apply based on category.

Fees structure: Registration fee is non-refundable and for Category I (APST) its Rs. 500 and for Category II (Non-APST) its Rs. 700. Where as Security / Seat acceptance deposit (refundable if rules followed):

Breakdown is by course and category. Major highlights:
- MBBS (Central/Government): 80% Category I, 20% Category II
- MBBS under regional institutions (e.g., TRIHMS): 100% Category I
- B.Sc. Nursing: 80% Category I, 20% Category II
- Most other PCB group seats via regional bodies are 100% Category I

How to Attend Arunachal Pradesh MBBS Counselling?

Step 1: Online registration: Go to the official portal, register with NEET credentials, verify via OTP, and log in. Step 2: Profile & document upload: Complete profile, upload required documents, preview, submit, and pay the registration fee.
>Step 3: Choice filling & locking: Fill your course/institute order. Explicitly lock choices. Don’t rely on auto-lock. Print the locked list.
Step 4: Seat allotment – Round 1: Seat is allotted based on merit, preferences, and availability. Choose floating or freezing, pay deposit, and report.
Step 5: Round 2: Eligible if you floated in Round 1 or had no allotment. New allotments must be frozen. Complete payment and reporting.
Step 6: Withdrawal: Use 6–10 September 2025 window to withdraw before final admission.
Step 7: Spot round: Open to fresh registrants, those who withdrew, and unallotted candidates.
Conversion rules (PwD seat flexibility): Unfilled PwD-reserved seats before or after Round 1 can convert to non-PwD within the same category. This continues in further rounds if vacancy persists.
