Tomo Riba Institute of Health and Medical Science Naharlagun, Arunachal Pradesh, is the only college in the state. Affiliated to Rajiv Gandhi University with a total of 50 MBBS Seats. Out of 50, the state conducts counselling for about 40 seats. MBBS is 4 years and 6 months + 1-year compulsory rotatory internship.

- Agartala Govt. Medical College: 2 MBBS Seats

Eligibity for MBBS Admission in Arunachal Pradesh: To be eligible for admission to various courses, candidates must have passed Class 12 from a government-recognized board with at least 40% marks. The minimum age for admission is 17 years as of 31st December 2024. The majority of seats are reserved for Cat 1, which includes all APST candidates, as well as children of AIS/Central Govt./State Govt. employees belonging to APST.
