TRIHMS intake is not the full nomination menu
TRIHMS at Naharlagun is the local college in this table, with 100 places. The PCB state process can also offer colleges elsewhere. A list of locally based colleges cannot show every nomination choice.
The 2026 PCB brochure separates APST and non-APST candidates. The stated TRIHMS state-quota seats are reserved for APST candidates. So are the listed regional North East seats. For a non-APST claim, read the rule for the other seats. You may not qualify for the whole list.
Use the Arunachal nomination guide for the brochure’s category and payment checks. The fee to register, deposit to accept a seat and tuition at the college you will join are different charges. Keep the proof required for your category with the application records.
For an out-of-state choice, ask the receiving college about hostel space and the desk for joining in person. Budget for that destination, not just travel to Naharlagun. Retain the nomination letter, fee receipts and college acknowledgement with the joining checklist.
