Arunachal Pradesh’s PCB counselling selects candidates for seats made available to the state. Some colleges are outside Arunachal Pradesh. Start with the seat and category in the brochure, then complete nomination and college joining.

The official Directorate page lists the 2026 brochure, merit lists, allotments and later vacancy notices. It also lists an application circular for MBBS, BAMS and BDS seats.
Read the notice’s course, eligible group and deadline before applying. A link can stay on the page after its deadline. Check the date before you apply.
Check your category before choosing a seat
The 2026 PCB brochure separates APST and non-APST candidates. APST means Arunachal Pradesh Scheduled Tribe. Your group and the source of the seat decide which rules apply.
The brochure reserves state-quota MBBS seats at TRIHMS and seats from regional bodies within the North East for APST candidates. If you are non-APST, check the clause for the other seats. Not every seat in the list is open to you.
You also need the stated NEET and school qualifications. The brochure sets the minimum age at 17 by 31 December 2026. Check which proof you need. This may concern where you live or where your parent works.

Make choices from the nomination list
Use the seats made available for your category and round. Our Arunachal Pradesh college list covers local institutions; it does not show every college available through nomination.
Put the seats you would accept in the order you prefer. Save the submitted choices and check the allotment notice when it is issued.

Nomination is followed by college joining
After an allotment, follow the Directorate’s steps for the nomination letter. Then check the college’s own rules. Complete its paper checks, fees and joining steps.
Keep both the nomination record and the college joining record. Write both deadlines on your sheet. A state step can be complete while a college step is still due.

Prepare documents before the window
Use the brochure’s checklist. Keep your NEET and school records, age proof, identity documents and the certificates needed for your category. Check the format and required copies.

If you want to leave or change a seat
Read the current withdrawal or later-round notice before acting. Check the deadline, deposit loss and whether you may take part again. Keep proof that the formal process is complete.
