The candidates who have qualified through NEET 2025 and want to participate in the counselling in West Bengal MBBS/BDS state quota and private college Management quota can now register themselves. West Bengal MBBS Counselling
The qualified candidate through NEET 2025 who wants to participate in WB State quota UG Seats must be domiciled in West Bengal. You can download the domicile certificate proforma from wbmcc.nic.in and get it stamped by the appropriate authority.
Proforma a1: Residential certificate for candidates residing in the state for at least the last 10 years as of 31 December 2024. Candidate must have passed Class 10 or equivalent and Class 12 from West Bengal.
Proforma a2: Residential certificate for candidates residing in the state for at least the last 10 years as of 31 December 2024, where candidates have passed 12 exams in the year 2025 from West Bengal.
Proforma b: Domicile certificate for candidates not residing in the state of WB continuously for at least the last 10 years as of December 2024 (Candidates have passed either class 10 or 12 or both from outside WB). But whose parent/s are permanent resident/s of West Bengal having their permanent home address within WB and living continuously for at least the last 10 years in WB as of 31 Dec 2024.
The candidate who is domiciled in West Bengal is eligible to participate in State quota and private college management quota seats in WB.
Management Quota: Private medical/dental colleges will be filled with online counselling. The candidates who qualified for NEET UG 2024(UR/EWS cut off 50 percentile; UR PwD/EWS PwD cut off 45 percentile; SC/ST/OBC cut off 40 percentile are eligible for management quota seats. The candidates who are not domiciled in the state of West Bengal are eligible for Management quota seats in Private/Dental colleges in WB.
Steps for WB MBBS Counselling Registration
If you are planning to participate in WB Medical Counselling 2025, follow these steps carefully to avoid mistakes:
- Visit the Official Website Go to wbmcc.nic.in, the official website for WB NEET UG counselling.
- Check the Information Bulletin Before starting, download and read the Information Bulletin published by WBMCC. It contains all the important instructions, eligibility details, and deadlines.
- Complete Online Registration. Select New Candidate Registration when you register is for first time.
- Enter your NEET Roll Number, Application Number, and other required details.
- Pay the Counselling Fee After registration
- Upload Required Documents
- Physical Document Verification For State Quota seats, attend verification at the designated centre/college with original documents. For NRI candidates, verification will be done at Swasthya Bhaban.
- Choice Filling and Choice Locking
- Reporting to the Allotted College Report to the allotted medical/dental college with original documents and admission fees.

- Valid Voter Card/Aadhar card etc in case of domicile certificate of parent is given showing address as WB.

- Class 10+2 Mark Sheet for verification of Marks
- Medical Certificate
For Management Quota:

The Eligible and qualified candidates through the NEET UG examination after successful verification can go for online choice filling–>Choice Locking–> Seat allotment by the software as per Inter se Merit–> Another Round of Physical document verification at allotted college lever–>Admission at the allotted college Level.
