West Bengal MBBS Counselling
The qualified candidate through NEET 2024 who wants to participate in WB State quota UG Seats must be domiciled in West Bengal. You can download the domicile certificate proforma from wbmcc.nic.in and get it stamped by the appropriate authority.
Proforma a1: Residential certificate for candidates residing in the state for at least the last 10 years as of 31 December 2023. Candidate must have passed Class 10 or equivalent and Class 12 from West Bengal.
Proforma a2: Residential certificate for candidates residing in the state for at least the last 10 years as of 31 December 2023, where candidates have passed 12 exams in the year 2024 from West Bengal.
Proforma b: Domicile certificate for candidates not residing in the state of WB continuously for at least the last 10 years as of December 2023 (Candidates have passed either class 10 or 12 or both from outside WB). But whose parent/s are permanent resident/s of West Bengal having their permanent home address within WB and living continuously for at least the last 10 years in WB as of 31 Dec 2023.
The candidate who is domiciled in West Bengal is eligible to participate in State quota and private college management quota seats in WB.
Management Quota: Private medical/dental colleges will be filled with online counselling. The candidates who qualified for NEET UG 2024(UR/EWS cut off 50 percentile; UR PwD/EWS PwD cut off 45 percentile; SC/ST/OBC cut off 40 percentile are eligible for management quota seats. The candidates who are not domiciled in the state of West Bengal are eligible for Management quota seats in Private/Dental colleges in WB.

- Domicile certificate
- Valid Voter Card/Aadhar card/passport of parent/s in case of domicile certificate of parent is given showing address as WB.
- Caste Certificate as applicable
- NEET UG 2024 Admit Card
- NEET UG 2024 Rank Card
- PwD certificate issued/verified
- Age Proof
- Class 10+2 Mark Sheet for verification of Marks
- Medical Certificate
For Management Quota:
- Candidate Profile letter and Payment receipt generated online after payment.

The Eligible and qualified candidates through the NEET UG examination after successful verification can go for online choice filling–>Choice Locking–> Seat allotment by the software as per Inter se Merit–> Another Round of Physical document verification at allotted college lever–>Admission at the allotted college Level.
