NIMSR and state-nominated seats are different lists
The local college in this table is the Nagaland Institute of Medical Sciences and Research, or NIMSR. The NMC row records 100 MBBS places. That does not mean 100 places are offered in every state category, or that all are vacant when a later round begins.
Nagaland’s Directorate of Technical Education publishes the state MBBS and allied-course counselling notices. The 2026 notice covers state counselling; the local-college table here is not a full list of every destination that may appear in a nomination process. Start with DTE Nagaland and match your category with the offered seats.
For NIMSR, check the college’s official notices for the campus joining instructions. If a nomination sends you elsewhere, budget for the receiving college instead. Confirm where you must report, which fees it collects and how long travel will take.
