What the early reporting covered
Indian Express reports at the time described thirteen arrests. Police were looking into claims that some people had access to the paper before the exam. The reports did not give the final outcome of every case.
A separate 2024 retest notice
NTA’s 13 June 2024 notice set a retest for 23 June. It covered 1,563 candidates who had lost exam time and received extra marks for that loss. It did not order a retest for everyone who took NEET that year.
Read the official NTA retest notice for the group it covered. That action did not settle every claim in the Bihar case.
