Tomo Riba Institute of Health and Medical Sciences, located in Naharlagun, is the only medical college in Arunachal Pradesh. Out of these, around 40 seats are reserved under the state quota, and counselling for these seats is conducted by the Directorate of Higher and Technical Education (APDHTE).
