A government-quota private seat can have an exception

Punjab’s revised schedule gives government MBBS fees of ₹2,02,000 in the first year and ₹1,23,000 for the final period. Private government-quota tuition starts at ₹4,70,000, while management tuition starts at ₹12,07,000. Later periods have their own figures; these are not full-course totals.

Adesh, Bathinda has a separate revised notice. Under the stated interim court direction, both its government and management seats use the management fee schedule, subject to the final court outcome. Use our Punjab fee guide before treating a government-quota Adesh seat as the cheaper option.

CMC Ludhiana and SGRDUHS also have separately notified provisions. CMC Ludhiana is not CMC Vellore. Keep the city beside the college name, and check whether an open, minority or NRI category needs extra proof in your BFUHS application.

Questions for your Punjab shortlist

For an Adesh choice, save the revised fee notice with your budget. Check the period on each payment demand. If you compare it with CMC Ludhiana, keep the two fee sheets and category rules apart; the same state does not mean the same bill.
